Jerilynn is a Guild award winning and 6 time Emmy nominated hairstylist. She is Department Head
Hairstylist of The Voice, Shark Tank, Lip Sync Battle & Lip Sync Battle Shorties. In addition, she is
a personal hairstylist to Robert Herjavec of Shark Tank and Jordan Smith, Season 9 winner of The
Voice. Jerilynn started her career in Seattle in 1995 and moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to pursue
her dreams of working in the TV and Film industry. Her motto then and now is “Dream Big or Don’t
Bother.” She loves sharing her experience of manifesting her life and hopes to inspire others to do

and many people enjoy long, successful careers working in salons, however there are also
many more options available once you’ve earned your license. This class will show you several
specific career paths you may choose to take.
John is a tireless beauty industry advocate, leadership trainer, corporate culture freak and a Moto
Guzzi nut! Currently, the director of business and leadership development for the Salon 124 Group,
a company of 6 Salons 130 stylists and a cosmetology school. John views the beauty industry from
many perspectives. Initially a stylist and salon owner for over 20 years, John then successfully grew
and sold his salon, while working as an industry coach and consultant.
Chris has dedicated a lifetime as a high performing stylist, salon owner and partner in a cosmetology
school, and global educator. In 2013 he transitioned into education as a full time calling. Starting
his education career at Redken, Chris was able to share real-time business building strategies with
stylists. Before long, he found himself helping to develop education teams at both Keune and Living
Proof. Chris is an author and speaker, but most importantly, a practicing hairdresser.
