HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
CEUS FOR OH & WV
Licensee will only receive credit for programs that contribute directly to the competency of their license as specifi ed by your
state’s regulatory board. Supported license types and applicable classes:
• Cosmetology, general or advanced — all class types
• Manicurist/Nail Tech, general or advanced — nail and business
• Esthetics, general or advanced — waxing, skin care, cosmetics, business
• Students, Apprentices and Barbers are welcome to attend any class/stage presentation & will be required to sign in
Sign-in sheets will be available at the CEU table located at each class entrance or stage area 10 minutes
prior to the class start time.
TO OBTAIN CEU CREDIT, PROFESSIONALS MUST:
1. Sign-in no later than 10 minutes after the scheduled
start time
• Must write legibly to allow for transcription of records
• Must include full license # INCLUDING any prefi x/suffi x
• All OH attendees will be required to provide their license
prefi x in addition to their six-digit number. Certifi ed
prefi xes include: COS. MAN. EST. HD. COSA. MANA.
ESTA. HDA.
2. Stay the entirety of the class
3. Pick up a CEU Certifi cate from the sign-in table directly
after the class
• No credit will be given for duplication of a course
• Courses specifi c to Management, Instructors, Boutique
Services, and Natural Hair Stylists are not available at
this time
• If you are unsure of your prefi x, please visit

• After the show, sign-in sheets will be transcribed and
uploaded to CE Broker for reporting purposes
