General Information
Attendance Policy
Premiere Birmingham is open to licensed beauty industry professionals
and beauty industry students ONLY. Vendors reserve the right to limit
purchase quantities, and/or prohibit sales to unauthorized resellers.
Vendors may require proof of professional licensing and photo ID at the
time of purchase, so please have both available while attending the
show. The following is a list of acceptable credentials:
Professionals
• Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician, Massage Therapist,
Barber License
• Business license, official bank documents or official tax documents
denoting business name AND owner’s name
• Current paystub (must show business, employee’s name AND
pay period)
Students
• Current class schedule or unofficial transcript
(must also have at least 1 beauty industry course)
• Student Enrollment Verification Form or Current Progress Report
No one under the age of 16, including infants, is allowed on the
show floor or admitted in classrooms. If you have another form of
credential which is not listed above, please visit Registration.
Registration
Your show pass allows you access to the Premiere Birmingham Exhibit
Hall, all complimentary classrooms and Mainstage. Please Note: Session
attendance is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Hands-On Workshops are priced separately and are limited by the
number of seats in the room.
All Sales are Final
No refunds will be issued. If your physical show pass is lost, forgotten or
stolen, you will be required to purchase another pass to gain entrance
into the show. Show E-Passes may be reprinted at Registration.
Continuing Education
Attendees that are licensed in the following states receive continuing
education hours for attending Premiere Birmingham:
Georgia Attendees
Receive 2 credit hours towards your license. Come to the
Registration Area to pick up your certificate!
Mississippi Attendees
Receive 4 hours for Sunday and 3 hours for Monday! Mississippi
State Board representatives will be on hand to sign you in at the
Registration Area in East Lobby.

organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any portion of the
program without prior notice. Premiere Birmingham cannot be held
responsible for exhibitors or educators tha t may drop out of the event.
ATM Locations
Located in the East Lobby near Registration, the Atrium level of the
Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, and Uptown Birmingham adjacent to
the Westin.
Food Service
Food Service is available in the back of the North and East Exhibit Halls
offering pasta, tacos, salads, sandwiches and more.
Lost & Found
Located at Registration in the East Lobby. All lost and found items will
be turned over to convention center security on Monday at the end of
the show.
Product Check
Located in the back of East Exhibit Hall across from Booth #1829.
Product Check Fee per bag is $2. Hours are Sunday 10:00a – 6:00p
and Monday 10:00a – 4:00p.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking in the building is prohibited by the convention center.
Designated smoking areas outside the building will be marked.
Photos/Videos
By purchasing a show pass and/or entering Premiere Birmingham’s
exhibit hall, classrooms or open lobbies, attendees grant Premiere Show
Group and those exhibiting at Premiere Birmingham the consent to use
your image or likeness in still, audio and moving recordings that have
been approved by show organizers. No photography or videotaping
of Premiere Birmingham Exhibits or Education is allowed without
permission from Show Management.
Unauthorized Solicitation
Solicitation on the premises of Premiere Birmingham by non-exhibiting
personnel and the selling of Show Tickets and Workshop Passes other
than authorized personnel is strictly prohibited. Purchasing/selling
products that will not be sold in a professional salon or spa is not
permitted. All the above are violations and violators will be apprehended
and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
