that Fender built for him last year.
The desert-pink-finished axe has
already seen a couple of mods: It's
got a tweaked bridge like those
on Johnny Marr signature Jags,
and overwound single-coils made
by Derek Duncan. Says Ackroyd,
“They still hum like crazy, but
they sound amazing—super hot
and beefy!”
