About: Churchill Academy is a private K-12 school for bright
children with unique learning differences. Churchill works with
occupational, speech/language, and behavioral therapists to
create a tailor-made Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) for each
student, including strengths and weaknesses as well as personal,
educational, and transitional goals.
Class Size: Churchill’s middle school has three classes with a
12:1 ratio, and one with an 18:1 ratio. The high school class sizes
range from 4:1 to 16:1.
Career-Based Programs: Practical Finance is offered, which

through online, portal-based instruction in areas such as marine
biology and paleontology. Music/Fine Arts: Students may audition for Churchill Choral
Singers. Art, art appreciation, ballroom dancing, and drama are
also offered on a rotating basis.
Athletics: Churchill Academy offers tennis, track, and basketball. supplemented with a comprehensive text. The course covers test
preparation, test taking strategies, and academic content.
College Prep: ACT Prep is offered as a computer based course,
