Will Merrill Named
National Merit Finalist
Trinity School Senior Will Merrill was named a National Merit
FINALIST in the 2018 National Merit Scholarship Program.
Will’s National Merit Finalist distinction places him among an elite
group that represents less than one percent of U.S. high school
seniors. He is an intelligent and gifted student with a cumulative
grade point average of 4.05 that includes some of the most advanced
courses offered at Trinity. In addition to being named a National
Merit Finalist, he was recently selected as an AP Scholar with Honor.
He is a member of the National Honor Society, the National Speech
and Debate Honor Society, the National Forensics League, and a
Silver Medal recipient for the National Latin Exam. Even though
Will maintains a heavy workload, he continues to be an invaluable
member of the Trinity varsity football and baseball teams.
