If you have stronger verbal and reading skills, you will probably score higher. Best of all? No science section! The test is broken down into two sections, each made up of three tests (the Math Section is divided into two parts.) We’re here to give you the lowdown on the SAT breakdown! Reading The SAT Reading section accounts for 50% of your total SAT score- that’s pretty significant! TIP: Aim to spend about 13 minutes on each passage.
