The HPV vaccine is recommended for males and females age 9-26 to prevent cancers and diseases later in life. The ADPH encourages you to pair the first dose of the HPV vaccine with the required 6th grade vaccinations (TDAP/Meningococcal) The vaccine is available at ALL County Health Departments at little or no cost to children ages 9 to 18.
