networks to get everyday jobs done, there is a growing demand for ethical
hackers who can help individuals and companies remain secure by finding
and fixing their vulnerabilities. Students range from individuals who want to
protect their own systems – phones, computers, debit cards, etc. – to people
striving to become computer forensics investigators. Stealing people’s data and
information is big business now. Learn all of the digital bread crumbs compa-
nies are leaving behind that could lead a criminal right to their trail!
Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - 80,000
JEFFERSON STATE - Manufacturing & Technology
Manufacturing and technology is a field of study designed to prepare techni-
cally oriented individuals for employment in rewarding, high-paying careers
such as production technicians, industrial maintenance, automation tech-
nicians, robotics, biomedical equipment technology, industrial/commercial
electronics, computer aided drafting/design (CADD), and welding. Due to
the shortage of trained manufacturing workers, individuals skilled in manu-
facturing and technology will be in tremendous demand for years to come.
Annual Salary Range: $40,000 - 50,000 (entry level)
