IS IT BULLYING?
Teen bullying, be it physical or mental, is gaining
more and more national attention and has been
proven to be dangerous, with several recent cases
resulting in suicide. But just because someone is
mean to your child doesn’t mean they are a bully.
Draw a distinction between these behaviors:
RUDE = Inadvertently saying or doing something
that hurts someone else.
MEAN = Purposefully saying or doing something to
hurt someone once (or maybe twice).
