Application
Before you submit your application,
ensure you have discussed it with
the respective Research Institute,
so your proposal, supervision
specific entry requirements are
completely understood.
Application is via an online form;
see the link from your chosen
research area page. Once received
there is an extended process,
for deliberation. We need to
appoint and confirm a suitable
supervisor and if you are eligible
for a doctoral programme. At this
stage, funding may need to be
confirmed, to ensure adequate
funds are available for the whole
programme.

Your Keele offer
After a full evaluation, we will
advise you of our decision. If
we are able to offer you a place,
we will issue you with a formal
offer letter.

Welcome to Keele
The start of your exciting
journey of your dedicated
research programme.
On receipt of our offer letter, you
will need to formally accept the
unconditional offer of a place and
meet any conditions set out in
the offer. We will then send you
pre-arrival information to help
you prepare for the start of your
programme. Your Research Office
or Institute will also contact you
about starting your programme
and any preparations you need
to make.
Generally, our Research Institute
and offices will contact you to
discuss details of your application
and your project prior to making a
final decision.
