postgraduate study at Keele

There are several options when
entering postgraduate study, the
first being, do you apply for a PhD
or do a Masters degree first?
Once you have decided upon your
subject area, think about your
research proposal. In sciences,
a direct entry from a good first
degree is the general route,
whereas Humanities and Social
Sciences typically look for relevant
research training in the form of a
master’s qualification before they
will accept students to a PhD.
We are always happy to meet to
discuss your requirements in more
details. To arrange a meeting and

PhD students is available, but is
extremely competitive. We would
recommend you start your funding
