Mature students
We understand that the queries
and issues our mature students
have often differ from those of our
undergraduate students. That is
why we have a dedicated contact
within Student Support and
Development Services (SSDS),
which is in addition to all the
other student services available.
We offer advice on mature student
life including, queries and issues
on accommodation and students
with families.
International students
International Student Support are
here to support all International,
EU and EEA students. We can
provide specialist help and advice
with any visa or immigration
queries, information on working
in the UK and assistance with any
personal or academic issues you
may have. If English is not your
native language, then the
Language Centre (keele.ac.uk/lc)
is here to support you throughout
your studies.
ASK (Advice and Support at Keele)

advice and representation. Even
better: it’s free, confidential,
impartial and non-judgemental.

sorts of things, including academic
issues and university regulations,
welfare benefits, consumer
