The method of 5 Why’s is best used in appliance to Problem Solving and Quality Improvements. It  also has a variation when the  chain is brunching, but it’s likely to appear too complicated for this task; 2. Another system we may use is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
