More Economic Success Stories in 2009
Two thousand and nine was a year of many economic
development success stories in Arlington. The Pioneer 360 Business
Center became the first industrial project in Texas to earn LEED
Gold Core and Shell Certification for its positive impact on the
environment. This 1.16 million square foot business park opened in
2008 on the southeast corner of Pioneer Parkway and State Highway
360 in Arlington.
