New Cultural Center Art Exhibitions

YogaThon charity event
The 25th season of Concerts in the Plaza, a free
musical entertainment summer concert series,
began Thursday, May 28 and continues every
Thursday through Sept. 3. The concerts, featuring an array of musical genres such as Jazz,
Folk, Blues and Rock, take place from 7-9 p.m.
at Plaza de la Constitución, 22 Cathedral Place
in St. Augustine. The Gatorbone Band will be
the featured performers on Aug. 27. Attendees
should bring lounge chairs for seating. Picnic
dinners are popular but alcoholic beverages are
prohibited. Concerts in the Plaza is made possible by support from the City of St. Augustine
and the St. Johns County Tourist Development

Two new art exhibitions are currently on
display at the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra
Beach. Sara Pedigo and Ron Gibbons: Environments: Real and Imagined is on display in the
main gallery, and the Jacksonville Coalition for
the Visual Arts exhibition is on display in the
Scene gallery. Additionally, Maria Valdez Dugger Spirals Exhibition will be on display at the
Ponte Vedra Concert Hall Cultural Center Annex
Gallery located at 1050 A1A N. in Ponte Vedra
Beach. CCPVB is located at 50 Executive Way

River Ruckus
Summer Movie Classic Series
On Aug. 29, the St. Johns Riverkeeper and the
Riverside Arts Market are partnering to host
the Third Annual “River Ruckus”, a family festival
celebrating two of our region’s most important
assets – the St. Johns River and RAM. River
