more British? Charles McDowell Rest of the World
team lost to their opponents, the Hotel Vagabond
British Exiles 2-0 in a fun, friendly game.
Post lunch including a traditional Quaich
experience of sharing the Royal Salute 21-year-
old whisky found on the tables, the players for the
first match took to the pitch. Riding out behind
a fleet of new Bentley Bentaygas, the RJI Capital
SPC I team and their opposition, the Royal Salute
British Schools quartet saluted for the national
anthems. The RJI Capital team proved tough
competition and was awarded their namesake
Plate, winning the game 5-3.

The second match of the day saw the visiting
Charles Russell Speechlys Rest of the World
team take on their Singaporean counterpart, the
Bentley Singapore Polo Clb II team. The final score
was 6-2.5 to the Bentley side with Ali Jumbahoy
setting up numerous goals.

competition for the top spot on the British Polo
