There is an old saying that “it isn’t over until the fat lady has sung” and quite clearly for them she had
prematurely been warming up her vocal chords and whist they listened to the impromptu Aria, the Hong
Kong polo team’s Isabelle Larenaudie stole the ball away and took an impressive run to goal, and a shot
from the acutest of angles, to score the runaway goal of the day with 30 seconds left on the clock. The
surprise of the opposition was palpable; but the goal was a glory goal as good as it gets.

(Most Valuable Player) win, but all the silver-ware
didn’t head home to Hong Kong, the BPP (Best
Playing Pony) went to Casita belonging to TATA
