The model results allow for the production of a more generalized “heat map” identifying the areas in the county
that are likely to have the highest broadband demand. Figure shows an example of such a heat map: a ¼-mile
buffer is drawn around all the areas that are in the top quintile (i.e. the areas shown in red in Figure 62).
