Polish cousine is rich in meat, especially pork, chicken and beef and winter vegetables (cabbage in the dish bigos) and spices.t is also characteristic in its use of various kinds of noodles the most notable of which are kluski as well as cereals such as kasha(from the Polish word kasza).The most popular dishes of polish cuisine are: bigos, pierogi ruskie, kotlet schabowy(breaded cutlet), golabki(cabbage rolls), zrazy(roulade), cucumber soub, tomato soup, mushroms soup, flaczki(tripe soup), rosol(rosół). zurek(żurek). Traditional alcohol in Poland is vodka(wódka) calling also gorzalka(gorzałka).
