FRAGILITY OF
BEING
Working with cameraless photography techniques this project
focuses on expression of the self through the means of natural
form and chemical manipulation. Using such a process allows both
the viewer and artist to not only have a visual connection with the
work but also one that can be felt.
Thoughts, feelings and the exploration of the subconscious find
their way onto the darkroom paper often unintentionally. Using
natural forms, time and light the project allows me to seek a balance
in the chaos that we call life. Thus resulting in images that illustrate
the passion, love and loathing that the creative individual pours into
their work, heart and soul.
