The waiting list for families had been closed for over four years but was opened on April 1, 2014, for a one-month application period. The waitlist for senior housing, however, has remained open during this period; it consists of 206 households, of which 63 percent include people with disabilities and 42 percent are a minority race or ethnicity. The LCHA is a participating member in the HUD Proje 7B
