While the County currently offers Google translate to facilitate translation of the website
into multiple languages, the majority of the reports and document on the website
(particular those that are in Adobe publishing software) are only available in English.
The site is also not accessible by persons with visual disabilities.
An important part of affirmative marketing is ensuring that photographs on the County’s
website display images of people from a variety of groups. The County has a number of
images representing County staff as well as residents which shows individuals from
multiple racial and ethnic groups as well as gender.

Review County publications. While the County Clerk’s Office as well as the
Health Department have information available in Spanish, the County should
identify key documents that will be translated into at least Spanish (the most
dominant non-English language) and possibly other languages. These
