Once the quarterly review is completed, Community Development staff should meet
to discuss the status of all recipients. Noncompliant recipients will be required to
submit a remediation plan. If, during subsequent reviews, the funding recipient does
not fulfill its responsibilities and follow the remediation plan, the County should
rescind the funds, absent a compelling, documented reason.
