Relief from Emotions - Let The Pain Go

Below are places you can rant about your feelings, just so you can get them out of your system. Holding anger or fear back will only make things worse. It’s been scientifically proven by scientists at the Michigan State University that “the quiet place project” is helpful to teenagers and adults who are struggling to be heard.

Personal Experience: As someone who feels better after they rant, the use of “the thoughts room”, created by the same people who designed “the quiet place project” is extremely helpful, calming, and soothing. Please don’t just ignore these websites if you need them. They were made for people like you— people suffering when they shouldn’t be.
