relevant recommendations for each Joint Land Use Study
(JLUS) participant. A filled box ( ) in the participant’s
column indicates that participant has primary
responsibility for implementing the recommendation. A
hollow box ( ) indicates that the participant is meant to
provide a supporting role in implementation. For more
detailed information on the recommendations, refer to
Chapter 6, Implementation Plan of the JLUS Report.
