Tim Pahs
Tim Pahs is a ne art photographer, exhibiting his artwork in art galleries, businesses and purchased for privatecollections. “In my photography I try to capture a story with a single image.” Pahs explained. His solo exhibition “The Artist’s Muse” is on display through end of August, 2016 at the Pump House Regional Arts Center, in La Crosse, WI. In this series of photographs, Pahs explores the idea of the muse as the presence of people in everyday life that motivates and inspires.
“The Pumpkin King” photo captured artist Nick Dietmaier in the pumpkin patch at his La Crescent, MN farm. It was taken in the early morning. It wasn’t until later when viewing the photos on the computer did Pahs notice the jet trail in sky perfectly aligning with Nick’s shoulder. There are a few other surprises in the photo if you look closely.
