Philippine Showbiz Today March 22 - April 7, 2019 19 Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin love team will reunite in new film The iconic 90’s love team of veteran artists Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin will return in an upcoming movie based as announced in their social media posts on March 12. Magdangal and Agustin were the stars of the popular 1998 romantic flick “Labs Kita…Okey Ka Lang?” where they played two best friends Ned and Bujoy who fell in love with each other. There are not much details revealed in their posts. However, they may be hinting at reprising their roles because the captions in their posts used the hashtags #Bestfriendmolangako and #marjoXP8SJ. Magdangal also said on Instagram: “Oh yes totoo na ito! Ituloy na natin labtim.” They’ll be working with Project 8 corner San Joaquin Projects, the same production studio behind popular independent films “That Thing Called Tadhana” and “Alone/Together.” Well-known directors Antoinette Jadaone and Dan Villegas, producer Reign Anne de Guzman and writer Bibeth Orteza are also part of the production team.
