The two hour time limit has been implemented in order to ensure that the spots are being uti- lized as intended and discourage external users, such as park-and- ride, from occupying the stalls for an extended length of time.● TJ Cruz, son of Tirso Cruz III, loses to cancer This free community event–presented by Coast Ca- pital Savings–will feature live entertainment on six stages and performance areas, an ex- panded holiday market, photos with Santa and the lighting of the tree at 6:30 p.m. When: Saturday, Novem- ber 24, 2018 Time: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m. Schedule:           12:55 p.m. (Main Stage) – Santa arrives 5:30 p.m. (Main Sta- ge) – Warren Dean Flan- dez headliner performance 6:30 p.m. (Main Stage) – Tree lighting ceremony with mayor and council Location: Surrey City Hall (Civic Plaza and Atrium) and City Centre Library 13450 104 Ave, Surrey BC, V3T 1V8 The festival will be headli- ned by local urban R&B and gospel performer Warren Dean Flandez.
