From its humble beginning in 1985 , Circulo Pampangueno Association of BC has evolved into a vibrant and relevant association and thirty one years later , has maintained its commitment to helping our Kabalen and those who are in most need . Looking back in its pages of history , Circulo Pampangueno was instrumental in funding various projects in the Philippines that contributed to the upliftment of the people and the community who are recipients of such funding . It has consistently engraved its footprints not only in the small towns and barrios of Pampanga and Tarlac but also in the local community here .
From scholarships awarded to poor but deserving students , to various donations to the victims of lahar , devastating typhoons and fire and funding renovations of chapels and schools , Circulo Pampangueno remains committed to pursuing its mission to make a difference .
