Nobyembre 2, 2016 ng marehistro sa BC Registry ang FIL CO-OPERATIVE ONE HOUSING SOCIETY na siyang mangunguna sa mga pag-aaral, pagsasaliksik at pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga ahensiyang pribado at gobyerno para makapagbigay gabay at technical support upang maisakatuparan ang pangarap na Housing Coop para sa mga Filipino. Gaganapin ang Taunang Pagpupulong sa Killarney Gardens Housing Coop Multi Purpose Hall sa 2998 East 54th Avenue, Vancouver. Panauhing pandangal sa AGM si G. Eddie Sabile, Board Member ng Cooperative Housing Federation of BC at Board Member din ng Killarney Gardens Housing Cooperative upang magbahagi ng kanyang karanasan at mga opportunities sa social at cooperative housing. Tampok din sa Taunang Pagpupulong ay ang pamamahagi ng kinita ng Kooperatiba noong taong 2016 sa mga kasapi nito. Lahat ng dadalo ay makakatanggap ng CHECK ng Profit Sharing at Patronage Refund na naaayon sa prinsipyo ng samahang kooperatiba. Ang Taunang Pagpupulong ang isa sa pinakamahalagang gawain ng isang kooperatiba dahil dito nag-uulat ang mga opisyales ng samahan sa nagdaang taong takbo ng operasyon at pamamahala nito sa pang negosyo at pang samahang aspeto.
