awareness
for mental health in the lower
mainland.  The suicide rate in
British Columbia has increased
drastically over the last decade
averaging over 600 deaths
annually.. Established actors,

GlassZoo Party and CMHA Fundraiser
musicians and athletes will
share their stories with mental
health to demonstrate that
depression is nothing to be
ashamed of and that it affects
people from every walk of life.
One of the guest
speakers at the event is Trevor
Mills ( “T-Train”), a local hip
hop artist and teacher, that
has raised over $25’000 for
mental health when his brother
died by suicide in 2013. “It’s
about
raising
awareness,
and it’s about strength from
vulnerability of sharing your
story,” said Mills in a recent
interview on CTV. 
A fresh mix of electronic
rock with a few drops of 80s
pop is the secret recipe of
the Vancouver-based band
‘OurGlassZoo’ that features
catchy original tunes by
songwriters Josias Tschanz &
Garrett Woon. All songs were
recorded at Monarch Studios
with producer Scot Wallace &
Tom Dorbzanski (of the Juno
award nominated band “The

So it’s true after all. 
On Wednesday, Ellen Adarna all
but confirmed that she’s in a romantic
sojourn throughout Europe with John
Lloyd Cruz. 
The sexy actress took to Instagram
to share a snap of herself looking chic in
a barn red scarf, grey jacket, and black
pants she wore with a matching high-
heeled boots as she stepped out for a
stroll along Paris’ Rue Bayard. 
But other than her OOTD, fans
were more interested with her tagging
the Kapamilya actor as her “photogra-
pher.” She also called her “Home Sweet-
ie Home” co-star her “blogger jowa” in
the comments. 
Interestingly, she has yet to share
a photo of the two of them together. She
did post snaps of the hotel she’s staying
at, which many were quick to identify as
the historic Plaza Athénée. 
This is the first time Adarna has
publicly tagged Cruz in her posts since
rumors began of them going off to Mo-
rocco and Portugal. 
Cruz has yet to do the same, but
has been sharing artsy shots of side-
walks, garbage, and other mundane
sights and objects. 
Cruz and Adarna’s relationship
has been subject to rumors for months
now. The two have yet to confirm any-
thing, but have been frequently spot-
ted acting like a couple. 
Cruz recently made headlines
when he and ABS-CBN announced that
he will be taking an indefinite leave from
work to attend to personal matters.(abs-
