The Gatekeeper
The consciousness mind is your awareness in the present moment and an aspect of your mental processing or intellect. It is also responsible for logic, reasoning, will power and common sense. The conscious mind identifies with the ego, the structure of your brain that gives the “You” an identity; the possessive “I”, “Me” or “Mine.” Its task is to help recognize that you have a choice between a quality of life associated with striving and one centered in thriving, the path of illusion or a life of Truth.
The stories and beliefs the ego-mind creates are fabricated and become the scripts that are played out from the level of the subconscious. The conscious mind is also known as the “Gatekeeper” of the subconscious. Whatever is held in the conscious mind gets passed down to the subconscious, which transmits a vibrational frequency that affects the morphogenetic energy field of your cells, either supporting or compromising your Health and Well-Being.

The subconscious mind, which occupies 88% of your brain capacity is basically a super computer loaded with a database of programmed behaviors constructed from our beliefs, perceptions and conditioning, most of which we acquired before we reached the age of six. The subconscious is always awake and is the part of your mind responsible for all of your involuntary actions, including your breathing, heartbeat and all vital bodily functions. An important aspect of the subconscious is that all information is stored as a known truth. It lacks the ability to see the difference between realities or fantasy and right or wrong. It simply believes everything that drops down from your conscious mind.
