And some of your large architectural installations are the opposite, they show ‘outward’ shapes. Was there an inner-shift for you to create such original pieces?

All of my art work is original as my unique style comes from within me and is all sculpted with my hands. I have developed my own language of shapes but I have found that other artists in history think alike or come up with similar forms to each other. The outward shapes arose out of a yearning to shrink down and run around inside of my sculptures. I created “Internal View” which gave the viewer a life size experience of walking through one of my pieces. This work visually grew out of the walls and dripped off of the ceiling.
