This recipe was given to me by my best friend Sophie many years ago.

I still enjoy them! A good source of protein. I eat one or two in the AM

with my coffee... or milk!

All natural. All so delicious.

Enjoy!

16 OZ of Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)

1/4 cup of Honey

1/4 cup of Ground Flax Seeds

1/4 cut of Carob Powder

Sesame Seeds (Roasted)

Mix all ingredients together (except Sesame seeds)

Roll the mix into small balls and dip each one into sesame seeds.
