in 1988, when he was at the height of his
fame, this property covers 2.800 acres

In 2005, Jackson moved out of this
expansive property, which is located

debts, it was sold to an investor for $23.5

million dollars. Colony Capital, who are in
possession of the property now want to
sell it at a cost of $50 million, and they also
changed its name - now called Sycamore
Valley Ranch.
Tomas Barrack Junior from Colony Capital,
said: “We were just guardians of this
irreplaceable property, and we are proud
of the restoration, which we did, which
now resembles the original elegance of
that Michael created. Currently, we are
thinking of selling.”

The family of Michael Jackson once said:
“We hope and believe that any new owners
of Neverland will appreciate the historical
significance and the special nature of this
beautiful property. The memory of Michael
lives in our hearts and in the hearts of all
his fans around the world.” However, they
do not plan to buy the ranch, as the price
is out of their reach.
