Valley ranch for $29.9 million, as the
news of a possible sequel to his classic
film  Mrs. Doubtfire  broke and sadly his
passing brought an end to this chapter.
The property, tucked into the Mayacamas
Mountains between Napa and Sonoma,
is about 90 minutes by car from San
