owns and operates India’s first curated
e-commerce brands — Art and Decors
and Gizmofashion.
Prior to co-founding TalentRecruit, Alok
has over 17 years of experience in
Automotive and Software Industry. He
worked with Munjal Auto, a Hero Group
Company as Company Secretary and
Legal Head.
Alok is an Associate Member of
Institute of Company Secretaries
of India (ICSI) and a Gold Medalist,
LL.B & LL.M. Alok has a versatile
personality. He enjoys playing all
sports but has a special talent for
cricket and badminton. He is a singer
and likes to keep himself updated
about the latest political and economic
affairs.
Divyan has a rich professional
experience of over 18 years in a
variety of senior executive roles with
top Fortune 500 & FTSE 10 MNC’s
across the telecom, utility, and financial
verticals prior to setting up Keshiha
Services.
Divyan is the India Country Champion
and the Delhi Chapter Manager for
Google Business Groups (GBG),
a not-for-profit entrepreneurship
knowledge platform incubated at
Google, and leads high impact
programs for entrepreneurs across
the world. Divyan is an empaneled
Innovation Management Expert with
the Government of India and has
advised them on matters related to
the startup ecosystem in India as well
as larger ASEAN cooperation on cross
border trade and e-commerce.

Ajay has been in HR & Business
Management for well over 29 years.
After 25 long years in corporate, Ajay
took the entrepreneurial route and
started with Ashtopus Technologies
(2014), later founding Get Me Experts
(2016) and FlexiOrg (2018).
Ajay has a diverse background in
Operations, HR, and R&D Management.
He has provided his professional
exper tise to companies related to
Semiconductor, IT & Manufacturing,
across various functions like R&D,
sales, marketing, and ser vice
operations. His experience includes
companies such as Ericsson, ST
Ericsson, Xilinx, Cadence, Xansa India,
JK Group, and NPC.
In his last corporate assignment, he
was Director HR at Ericsson Modem
Division in Sweden. Before that, he
was Country Head for ST Ericsson
India.
His interest rests in implementing best
HR practices, especially in startups.
He has been mentor to some budding
entrepreneurs/solopreneurs.
