The score of each people practice is compared with the relevant employee survey scores. Outcome • • The detailed report gives deep insight into people processes. Best practices in all the 15 people practice areas as per the Great Place to Work® Framework. Great Place to Work® assessment and consulting practice helps companies become great workplaces. These practices do not help companies appear on the best workplaces list. In addition to that, we evaluate materials submitted by the company; including the company’s response to the Great Place to Work® Culture Audit©, any accompanying materials submitted by the company for consideration, as well as information gathered from other reputable sources such as media stories about the company. Great Place to Work® Institute, Great Place to Work® Institute India, and its representative affi liates do not consider personal relationships, gifts, or various infl uences (or attempted infl uences) in the selection of the companies for the list. Great Place to Work® assessment and consulting practice helps companies become great workplaces. These practices do not help companies appear on the best workplaces list. Evaluators involved in the selection of companies for the list must sign non-disclosure agreements and are screened for potential confl icts-of-interest before participating in the evaluation process.
