To improve employee engagement, the fi rst step is to determine the gaps basis employees’ engagement survey and then reinforce the strategies to bridge those gaps. Use of technology is strongly recommended to capture employee engagement levels in a multigenerational workforce era. It is faster, effective and user-friendly.
