According to IBM’s 2017 survey, “Extending expertise: How cognitive computing is transforming HR and the employee experience,” a signifi cant percentage of CEOs believe co gnitive computing can drive signifi cant value in HR. HR Managers and Executives also opined that they recognize that cognitive computing has the power to transform key dimensions and will affect key roles in the HR organization. Will AI technology put HR managers and staff out of work? Of course not. AI technology is not here to make the HR departments redundant but to assist and transform them for good.
