The Pennsylvania Dental Foundation, instituted in 1965, is PDA’s philanthropic and charitable organization that enhances health by
providing grants for sustainable programs in education, access to care and assistance for Pennsylvania dentists and their families in need.
Through member contributions, the Foundation continues PDA’s Legacy to Care, Educate and Share:
• Care by improving access to care statewide through programs like MOM-in-PA, now in its sixth year
• Educate by supporting oral health education programs, such as Give Kids A Smile and FirstSmile
• Share by providing financial support to Pennsylvania colleagues and their families in time of need
