The Alliance also sponsored its
annual poster contest
to generate more awareness about NCDHM and used
the ADA’s “Choose Tapwater for a Sparkling Smile!”
theme. They had many fabulous entries to choose from,
and judges selected nine winners (a top three for each
age group). First prize winners received $50; second prize
winners received $35; and third was $20. All poster entries
were displayed for the month of February in the offices
of participating LCDS dentists.
