Sharon has 15 years of orthopedic nursing experience. She is pursuing her BSN. She is certified in medical-surgical nursing and niche certification. Tracey Silfies is the patient care specialist for three medical/ surgical floors at LVHN. She received her BSN from Penn State University and MSN in education from Walden University. Tracey has 28 years working primarily with orthopedic patients. Scott Croonquist is VP for patient care services at LVHN, Cedar Crest. He spent 15 years as a Magnet appraiser for the ANCC Magnet Recognition program. He is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, American Nurses Associa- tion, and Sigma Theta Tau. Megan Howard has been the orthopedic clinical team leader at LVHN for the last eight years. She is a 2005 graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a BS in health sciences and a master’s degree in physical therapy. In 2017, Megan presented a poster on mobilizing total joint replacement patients on post-operative day zero. Keelia Mailander is a clinical staff nurse on the orthopedic unit at LVHN. She graduated from Wilkes University in 2013 with a BSN and pursuing her master’s degree in nursing education from Penn State University.
