Delaware River art installations This past fall, Pennoni helped bring two temporary art installations to life on the Delaware River in Philadelphia. On Race Street Pier, Ghost Ship, a 90-foot, three-dimensional light and water installation was an 18th-century ship on display to shine light on the history of the Delaware River and its role in shaping Philadelphia today. (pictured left) At the Independence Seaport Museum at Penn’s Landing, FLOW was an exhibition of floating sculptural installations that occupied the boat basin. One of the sculptures, Endurance, was created by artist Stephen Talasnik and was a ship made of bamboo and reed.
