Sophia Taylor (Class of 2012) has been sharing her passion for freediving and spearfishing with her latest blog - Adventures of a Spearo Girl. Thomas Dunn (1996-2005) (pictured far right) is a member of the Nassau Rowing Club. They recently competed in the internationally acclaimed Head of the Charles Regatta in Massachusetts. Alena Hutcheson (Class of 2006) (pictured on left) does great work with the Junior Golf Programme in The Bahamas. She recently commented: “Junior golf has always been a passion for me. I grew up as a participant in The Bahamas Golf Federation’s Junior Golf Programme. I was fortunate enough to play and go off to college; I competed and became a member of numerous national teams for The Bahamas.” Gerrick Farquharson (Class of 2013) runs with the Florida Institute of Technology’s men’s 4x400 relay team. The team set a new school record in the 4x400 with a time of 3:19 and earned a spot in the Peach Belt National Conference track meet to be held in North Carolina in May. John-Marc Nutt (1991-98) co- founded 10th Year Seniors, an online sports media platform, in 2014. He recently enjoyed the action up close and personal at the NCAA Basketball Final Four in Houston, Texas. Pari Kemp (2000-12) is congratulated upon her induction to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS). NSCS is an honours organisation that recognises high achievers. 28
