Universal Attachment Chain can replace 99
per cent of chain from other manufacturers
meaning companies are no longer tied to
using one Chain manufacturer.

What’s more, Donghua is one of only
a few manufacturers in the UK able to
accurately measure Chain to within 10
microns per metre (a human hair is 80-100
microns). And whilst Donghua Chain is
already manufactured to close tolerances
(chain from the same production
batches are on average within 1/3rd DIN
standards), this can be further improved
with Chains supplied matched in sets
to +/-0.5mm (up to 5 metres), ideal for
Chain required to run in parallel and to
ensure attachment links engage with the
sprockets together to eliminate undue
stress which is a major cause of fatigue
failures on attachments.
PRE-LOADING CHAIN
To help minimise the initial elongation
associated with in-house built Chain and
the stretching of Chain during regular
use which creates uneven wear along the
length of the Chain, Donghua pre-loads
(pre-stretches) all Attachment Chain as
standard, unlike Chain built by other
manufacturers in the UK, so it’s ready and
easy to fit from the box.
UK WORKSHOP
Donghua is the only Chain manufacturer in
the UK to have its own hot dip lubrication
bath. Attachment Chain is dipped into H1
Food Grade hot lubricant which penetrates
into the bearing areas that standard lube
spraying would not reach.
As the Chain cools, surplus lube drains away
leaving an oil deposit inside the Chain which
significantly helps to extend wear-life and
reduce the need for routine maintenance.
