Here at Dash Dynamics , unlike many of our competitors , we specialise in small production runs . So if you just need a series of machine panels for a new prototype or low production run , then simply send us your artwork and we ’ ll get on with it .

Turnaround time is fast ! In most cases , if you order before 11.00am , the order will be produced the same day and after overnight curing it will be sent the following day via first class post or carrier depending on size .

Founded in 2000 Digital Echo is the largest capacity bureau service for bespoke , prototype and low volume investment castings in the UK and has developed an excellent reputation as an integral part of the automotive supply chain process . Recent investment in the latest generation of large format ultrahigh definition wax printers has enabled Digital Echo to produce production quality investment castings direct from CAD without the need for any tooling , saving customers time and money in the low volume manufacturing markets plus provide accurate research and development analysis before committing to high volume expenditure . Through Digital Echo ’ s foundry business development relationship they have become an established supply chain provider in the Automotive & Motorsport sectors , to TS16949 standards , from engineering castings in stainless steel , aluminium and nickel alloys , through to jewellery quality interior and exterior cosmetic components .
This relationship also provides the end customer with a one-stop solution should high volume manufacturing be required – Digital Echo ’ s unique capacity means that component production can start immediately – while the high volume tooling is being created - and then seamlessly migrate over to full manufacture when tooling is complete .
