ORGANISATION INVESTMENT AT GERICKE
ROTAVAL
VALVES & FLOW CONTROL
With exciting plans to grow their Rotary &
Diverter Valve business, Gericke RotaVal
have invested over £500,000 in a factory re-
organisation and new machinery.
Focusing on cellular manufacture to improve
efficiency and decrease product handling
times, the 1,200m² factory has been totally
re-organised.
The investment sees the arrival of a new
state of the art PUMA 600 CNC Lathe, this
will allow Gericke RotaVal to dramatically
reduce its set up and manufacturing cycle
times. The PUMA 600 increases the CNC
capacity and work holding capability and
is capable of machining medium to large
components to the highest specifications
and surface finishes.
