Powerful Package for Lock-in Thermography
Today many manufacturers of electronic components and assemblies use thermographic cameras during product development . They utilize Lock-in Thermography to detect e . g . concealed cracks in joints and faulty connections of heat sinks . InfraTec provides a package for a successful start in such challenging measurement tasks . This includes the VarioCAM ® HDx thermographic camera – as a stationary or handheld model – together with the IRBIS ® 3 active thermography software , the appropriate trigger unit and corresponding connection cables .
The basic equipment enables to already achieve convincing results from the start . Upon request , users can configure the entire thermographic system even more flexibly with regard to their specific needs . The modular design ensures long-term flexibility and the certainty of being able to respond to new challenges at any time .

LUMiSizer-Formulation particle size and stability System
The High-end Dispersion Analyser & Particle Size LUMiSizer ® is your complete dispersion lab , all in one instrument . With quick characterization of any de-mixing phenomena , consolidation and the calculation of the velocity distribution in the centrifugal field as well as of particle size distribution make the LUMiSizer the instrument of choice for research , development and QA / QC . The LUMiSizer is an analytical centrifuge that instantaneously measures the extinction ( space- and timeresolved ) of the transmitted light across the entire length of your sample using the STEP-Technology . Because of an enhanced optical system , the LUMiSizer lets you analyse particle and droplet velocity distributions for creaming and sedimentation phenomena without the need of any material data and performs particle sizing ( ISO 13318- 2 ). The System also features a comprehensive and wide ranging temperature control system .

PSI- 20 & 40 Homogeniser Systems
For use in a Pilot plant up to Production Scale Batches The new PSI-20 & 40 pharmaceutical grade homogenizers are the ultimate in high pressure product processing , with less than 70 dBA noise output .
The systems are based on a fixed geometry processing chamber and is capable of more than 2000 bar pressure with a through put of 60 litres per hour . This delivers an extremely fine and uniform particle size distribution . The PSI homogenisers can be operated in both closed and open loop configuration in a continuous range of 60 ml to 60 litres per hour .
There are a range of various processing chambers available for use in emulsification , de-agglomeration and particle size reduction .
They are offered with this wide range of functionality at a most competitive price . It is also the most compact and quietest system in this product category .

NITON UK LAUNCHES ITS LATEST XRF METALS ANALYSER , THE XL2 PLUS
MEASUREMENT & MONITORING
Identifying material correctly is imperative . Niton UK offers process engineers certainty . Niton analysers are light , tough , and prevent mistakes .
The handheld Niton XL2 , Niton XL5 , TSI ChemLite and the SpectroScout instruments use chemical fingerprint spectroscopy to identify alloys while the TSI PolyMax identifies polymers .
In the new more rugged XL2 Plus the detector is protected by the new ProGuard and has tougher seals to withstand dustier , wetter conditions and qualify for IP54 .
British Steel says , ‘ We have used Niton as our preferred XRF supplier for several years . The customer support is excellent .’
20 years ago Malcolm Sibbald founded Niton UK to distribute Niton analysers . There are now over 2000 XRF , LIBS and Raman
instruments in the UK verifying materials , detecting contaminants and earning money for business .
If materials are important to you , save time and money with a Niton UK analyser .
